While out of town, I needed a late night pie after working all day, so I decided to check out OH Pizza & Brew based on a recommendation from a local. When I arrived around 10pm on a Sunday night, the place looked like it was in transition to closing (chairs flipped over on tables, no patrons, staff members watching TV in empty booths). However, I was welcomed in to order by the friendly woman at the counter. She answered a few of my questions and when I asked what her favorite was, she immediately said, "Buckeye Garlic Pizza." I took her advice and was also able to add up to three toppings at no additional charge (mushroom, olive and sausage). I took a seat and waited about 10 minutes for my personal 10" pie, which came out hot and with a friendly, "Thank You, Sweetie." I ran the pie back to my hotel and opened up the box. The pie looked amazing. Perfectly crispy outer crust, six cheeses and garlic, along with my toppings. The pie was pretty damn good, with steam coming off the top. The six-cheese blend was interesting, with the dominant flavors being American and Cheddar. The sausage, olives and mushrooms were all fresh and plentiful. Definitely a good option to satisfy my hunger for a late night pizza in Downtown Columbus.
This is one of my favorite pizza places in Columbus! They also have some amazing appetizers. Their wings and their cheesesteak rolls are amazing. The pepperoni rolls are equally as good! I like to try a different pizza each time and every pizza specialty that I have tried did not disappoint! They are also open pretty late so if you're looking for something to eat late night, this would be the perfect place! They have TVs in the restaurant and the staff has always been friendly! I would highly recommend checking this place out!
